With a CNPJ (Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry) registered in 2021, our headquarters are located in Sinop, Mato Grosso, one of the Brazilian agribusiness hubs, and we also have three strategically located branches in Santarém (Pará), Barracão (Paraná), and Jaguarão (Rio Grande do Sul), Goiás, Tocantins, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Bahia, Mato Grosso do Sul, and Rondônia. We have also expanded our operations to neighboring countries such as Argentina and Paraguay, where we carry out grain import and export operations in partnership with major local producers. Since 2019, we have established strong partnerships in these countries, focusing on importing soybeans and corn to supply the Brazilian market. Agrosementes is deeply committed to rural producers. Approximately 98% of our transactions are conducted on a FOB (Free on Board) basis, where the producer is responsible for delivering the goods to the farm, while the buyer handles transportation. However, our company goes further, closely monitoring the entire cargo process, with classifiers present during loading to ensure that the product meets the highest quality standards. This close proximity to producers allows us to strengthen the agribusiness value chain and ensure that all links benefit fairly and equitably.
