Process:
WINE: preparation of the wine, from carefully selected grapes, from own vineyards, cultivated in backrest, with a production of 1.2 kg per plant. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 1000 and 1260 meters above sea level.
VISUAL: Yellow straw light, bright and clear.
OLFATO: Elegant aroma, very intense, very complex and fruity with notes of melon, grape fruit, guava, passion fruit well married with vegetable notes such as tomato leaf and a mineral touch.
MOUTH: very balanced, harmonic and persistent acidity, one notices the same fruits found in the aroma in the retroolfato.
HARMONIZATION: fish, seafood, bird meats, Asian cuisine, spicy and aromatic dishes, pasta, brie cheese and camembert.
