GASPU is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and production of high-purity gas generators and gas purification equipment. Suzhou GASPU Ultrapure Gas Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. GASPU High Purity Gas Co., Ltd. (formerly BergbauForschung) is a joint venture between CarboTech of Germany and Suzhou High Purity Gas Research Institute (CarboTech's predecessor). Since 2003, GASPU High Purity Gas Research Institute has invested in and built a production base in the Suzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, specializing in PSA and membrane separation nitrogen generators, as well as nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, and purification equipment.
