Abaíra cachaça is a traditional product of Chapada Diamantina, in Bahia, and has a strong connection to the region's family farming. It has been produced since 1998, but the tradition of cachaça production in the area dates back almost 200 years. The process is artisanal, using copper stills, which guarantees quality and unique characteristics.
