The MTE-THOMSON story begins in 1957 with the name of MTE – Metalúrgica Termo-Elétrica, when began the automobile industry in Brazil.
With great dedication and courage, the company was earning place as a leading supplier of auto parts in Brazil.
In 1975, a joint venture with Thomson International Co. began producing Thermostatic Valve in its production line. Since then established itself as a specialist in control engine temperature products.
In 1990, incorporated in your automotive ceramic technology, still being the only manufacturer in Latin America of PTC and NTC thermistors and Lambda sensors.
Today, after 200 million pieces produced and its more than 3000 items, has a more complete line of both temperature control and the electronic injection, providing for both OEM and replacement in over 100 countries.
