MELTZ HIDROMEL

We are MELTZ HIDROMEL, formed in 2020, in Brazil (BRA), Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Porto Alegre (POA). We came up with the idea of marketing the oldest drink in the world, Mead. We specialize in making mead which is similar to white wine. Visually it has a golden yellow coloration with a slight aroma of flowers, citrus fruits and tropicals. On the palate, it is refreshing and well balanced with a final touch of honey. Ideal to be consumed with white meats, fish, cheeses or in special celebrations. Our production is done in an automated industrial line with winery technology and the products are developed with strict quality control. We use a unique blend of honey to increase the complexity of mead.
