The industry is located in the Distrito Agroindustrial de Senador Canedo (DASC). We have a modern industrial park and next-generation machines and equipment which make our unique production process fully automated. This contributes to the final quality of our products, once the manual contact with them is virtually nonexistent. We follow good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures, complying with all the guidelines of the National Agency for Sanitary Vigilance. This ensures, moreover, the origin and quality of all our products.
Today the company has an installed capacity of 75 tons of cheese bread and cheese biscuit frozen for months. The great advantage of our industry is the vertical integration of production of the two main inputs for the production of frozen cheese bread: white cheese and flour homemade pattern. We have a roster of over 200 own dairy Jersey cows, which are milked mechanically and provide all the milk that the dairy needs to manufacture cheese mines standard.
Today, we have an installed capacity of more than 600 (six hundred) pounds of cheese per day mine standard. The company plant every year, more than ten (10) acres of cassava for the exclusive manufacture of all flour used by Marthas Cheese Bread. Therefore, the origin of cassava is guaranteed, contributing to the final quality of our cheese bread frozen. Today, we have an installed capacity of more than one (1) ton of flour per day.
