History
While the world lived moments of uncertainty with the possibility of a new world war, four siblings, Justin, Colleen, Moacyr, Herval and friend Tan, gathered courage and determination for, in 1936, founding Jumiles, who would go on to become one of the main suppliers of agricultural equipment in the world.

The business prospered and the growth of the company, the Jumil, in 1975, opened its second unit with modern facilities, and a foundry with electric induction furnace, metal machining and a sophisticated quality control laboratory of the parts which are manufactured by the company.

We know that to grow and stay strong in a globalized market we need to invest steadily in technology, training and retraining of its employees. So, the Jumil products are designed by qualified professionals using the latest technologies for creation of projects, following to the letter all the demands of the market.

Computerization and the fiber-optic communication ensured a precision work in various steps of the production line, while in other areas, properly trained technicians perform important functions in the design of parts and assemblies. For the Jumil, our evolution over time is cause for great pride.

The Jumil is a pioneer in the development of new technologies applied to agriculture.

In 1942, the Jumil shows its capacity for innovation in a time marked by animal force. That same year, the company manufactured the first planter and Brazil\\s fertilizer. A dream realized that marked a new era in agriculture.

Already in 1992, the Jumil was also the first company in Brazil to submit implements the Pneumatic seed distribution System (exact Air). A milestone in the agricultural sector and in precision planting, which placed our producers in touch with first world standards.

In the year 1996, the Jumil was the first agricultural implements industry of Brazil to receive NBR ISO 9001 certification, through Fundação Carlos Alberto Vanzolini, which remains to date certified by NBR ISO 9001 version: 2008, this certification also recognized internationally by IQNet-The International Certification Network.

Today, the Jumil has two manufacturing units located in Batatais, São Paulo State, where all its engineering is designed and developed with 3D technology, structural analysis and instrumentation, as well as fiber optic system connecting all departments of our two factories and update online.
