The DW38CNC series high-speed, fully automatic pipe bending machine is a new product independently developed by our company based on advanced international technology. It is controlled by a PLC and driven by a Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor. It features interactive human-machine interface, and all electrical and hydraulic components are imported from abroad. The machine program is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, while the feed and corner axes are driven by servo motors and servo drivers. The machine utilizes "arc-shaped" acceleration and deceleration technology, with a minimum of eight speed levels for each axis. The PLC system boasts strong memory, stable performance, and simple operation, eliminating the need for specialized technical personnel. The machine offers flexible options for manual/automatic, with/without core threading, half-cycle/full-cycle, with/with auxiliary thrust, and single-action/coupled auxiliary thrust. It features automatic bending, automatic feeding, automatic tilting, and manual bending control. The machine features a slow core retraction function, allowing you to program the retraction time after core threading to prevent protrusions caused by the fixed position of the core thread, thereby improving the appearance of the pipe fitting. Manual error detection and indication are automatic, displaying any abnormalities and providing instructions for corrective action to prevent damage to the machine due to operator error. The machine can also be configured for the waiting feed position, safe position, wheel and die interference position, and guide die interference position, and features program- and mechanical limit stop protection. All signal lines are shielded to prevent signal interference that could affect program execution. The machine operates very stably, significantly reducing the failure rate. The foot switch offers automatic start, emergency stop, and emergency stop-and-continue functions, providing high safety. This makes it ideal for bending applications requiring high precision or with unusually shaped materials, making it an ideal machine for pipe forming. In the event of a malfunction, the touchscreen automatically detects the error and provides the corrective action, reducing repair time. The machine's main body is sky blue, with moving and hazardous areas colored yellow. Moving areas are equipped with safety guards and an emergency stop. The electrical system is integrated into the machine body and is equipped with cooling fans. Each instrument is installed in accordance with the specifications, which is convenient for observation, inspection and adjustment.
