Haplast Group was formerly known as Hanoi Plastic Bag established in 2015, who specialized in developing foreign markets, researching the markets to understand the needs and standards of foreign customers about plastic bags and packaging products. We helped connecting many packaging factories in Vietnam with foreign customers in plastic bags, supporting domestic factories to export their products worldwide. Our products are exported to more than 70 countries all over the world and have always satisfied customers with even strictest requirements. In 2016, we opened our plastic bag factory approximately 15000m2 located in Hung Yen province Vietnam with total capacity 1200 tons/month, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard), FDA US and BRC Europe Standard. Our factory is new, clean, airy and equipped with modern machines and cooling system. We always maximize value for customers by delivering the high-quality and safe products with dedication. That’s why in 2019 we decided to turn our company into a Group to mark our growth with a vision to establish 5 member companies in near future and more than that, to provide packaging solutions for 3 key product lines (1) Compostable bags; (2) Eco-friendly and Disposable packaging products; (3) Plastic bags. We strive to increase our strict and professional management system, ensuring that all products and production processes are carefully supervised and managed every hour to satisfy all of customers’ requirements and even beyond your expectations. In an ongoing effort to find the best ways to operate as a “Green” Group, in October 2019, our company received Ok Compost Home certificate from TUV in Belgium for disposable biodegradable bags and bio-packaging products decomposable in soil, water and CO2. Our plan is to operate our new 2nd factory with much bigger volume in 2020 to expand our business and meet the great demand about Compostable and other packaging products, and also strengthen Haplast’s capacity in Domestic Market and International Market. Our target for the new factory is to reach capacity of 3000 tons/month and become a Group developing in a form of Sustainable Ecosystem, supplying the most favorite packaging products and solutions in Vietnam as well as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of plastic bags and biodegradable bags worldwide.
