Its core equipment includes a Kashifuji KPS30 gear scraper and a Ningjiang YK3610IV CNC horizontal gear hobbing machine, capable of machining gears with diameters of 3-300mm and modules of 0.1-5 (covering spur, helical, and spiral bevel gears), achieving an accuracy of ±0.005mm (highest ISO 5 level for gear scraping). Customization is supported for metals (aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.), plastics (PC, PEEK, etc.), and composite materials. Hansheng provides a full-process service including CNC machining and surface treatment (anodizing, galvanizing, etc.). Sample delivery takes 1-2 weeks, and mass production takes 3-4 weeks. Hansheng has already partnered with automakers such as BYD and Volkswagen.
