We are a young company incorporated in the year 2007. The company has been promoted and established by eminent professionals, with comprehensive experience in the industry. The state of art project has been conceptualized and set up with an aim to Design, Develop and Manufacture world-class single/ multi use medical devices and equipment.

The manufacturing facility is Located in the heart of the Medtech Industry, Faridabad, India, Faridabad is strategically positioned in the northern centre of India, the suburb of the capital of India, New Delhi, the manufacturing facility serves customers in Indian market and in the five continents around the globe.

The facility is spread over 11,400 Square Meters land area and it is located on the main National Highway 2, about 20 Kms. from Delhi, the same highway further leads to Agra the city of Taj mahal. Understanding the importance of your quality requirements and that of the medical device industry, Disposafe offers medical moulding, assembly, packaging and distribution in dedicated ISO Class 7 (10K) and ISO Class 8 (100K)cleanrooms. The Injection Molding section comprises of Clean Room Moulding capability, All Electric Injection Molding Machines from Japanese manufacturers.

The manufacturing facility is equipped with most modern and State-of-the-Art equipment for all its manufacturing, Design & Development sections, the Medical Devices Manufacturing sections, and the Quality Control & Assurance sections are supported with an in house top of the line, Analytical Laboratory (WHO GMP), which assists in product development and manufacturing, as well as Quality Assurance of environments of the manufacturing facility , the Quality Management Systems are certified to ISO 9001:2008, WHO GMP and International Standard ISO 13485 Medical Devices, our products are CE-certified.

We are currently having an installed capacity of more than 100 Million Medical Devices per annum. The installed capacity is being enhanced and it shall reach 150 Million Medical Devices per annum by mid of 2014 and 200 Million Medical Devices per annum by end of 2014. we are India largest, installed manufacturing facility to produce IV catehter/ cannulas under one roof.
