From each corner a corner brings you the result of an effort of research and discovery of the most delicious culinary achievements of Brazil, with special focus on the cultures of the Amazon and the northeast.
From the Amazon comes the tremor of genuine Cachaça with Jambu. Jambu is a small plant that, besides being a fundamental ingredient in the Paraense menu, such as Pato no Tucupi, Tacacá and Arroz Paraense, has nutritional, medicinal and cosmetic properties.
The genuine Cachaça with Jambu leaves in the mouth a tasty tremor, a unique sensation, providing an unforgettable Amazonian experience.
From the northeast comes Cajuína. Made of cashew, Cajuína is a typical beverage from the northeast, produced and consumed in Ceará, Maranhão and mainly in Piauí, where it is considered cultural heritage of the state and symbol of the city of Teresina.
Prepared from the cashew juice, without alcohol, clarified and sterilized, it presents a yellow-amber color, resulting from the caramelization of the natural sugars of the juice.
