About Us

Trust is Cooperalfa's main brand. The Alfa Agroindustrial Cooperative was founded in 1967, in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, by 39 farmers, who aimed to promote economic development through cooperation. Over the years, the cooperative has built a union-based trajectory for a common goal, food production. Believing that cooperating is to evolve, Cooperalfa develops an exquisite work of technical, social and economic development with its associates, employees and communities around it. Strong roots in a region with a vocation for food production provided Cooperalfa with the necessary basis to solidify and seek expansion. Through mergers and mergers Alfa took its experience to other regions of Santa Catarina, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul and Mato Grosso do Sul.
