The CONFEPAR is a union of agricultural cooperatives in northern Paraná, geared especially for milk production. The organization was born in 1982 as the Confederation of Agricultural Cooperatives Central Paraná Ltda becoming, in 1986, the Agro-Industrial Cooperative Confepar Central. Its current name is Confepar Agro-Industrial Cooperative Central.
At the time of their early history, the CONFEPAR fulfill a strong dynamic evolution, accumulating strength, structure, technology and professional training to fill the space between the major processing industries of milk powder and fresh from Brazil.
