1988 - Founding of the company by Pliny Metallurgical SA Fleck, Rondonia district in New Hamburg. Initially focused on the production of industrial components of fabrics and foams.

1991 - Mr. Martin Fleck, director of export Pliny Fleck Group, decided to take ahead of Boxflex.

1996 - Moving to new premises next to Pliny Group SA Fleck Well Field

1997 - Separation of formal Boxflex Fleck and Pliny.

1999 - Certification of ISO 9001:1994

2000 - Entering into a partnership in the form of "joint venture" with the Texon International, worldwide leader in footwear components. The company changed its name to the shoe components Boxflex Texon Ltda.

2003 - The Brazilian shareholders saw fit to dissolve the partnership with Texon International. The company started to call themselves Boxflex shoe components LTDA.

2009 - Structuring Group Fleckstan. Corporate and Foundation Thermoplastic Ecogreen. Also the acquisition of the Company Duvinil.
