This request is for Sunflower Seed Oil.

Trial Quantity: 500MT
Monthly Quantities: 20,000MT/ month for 12 months.

Required Documentation: Copy of GACC Registration to be submitted with the Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

Please provide pricing per metric ton (MT).

Delivery Terms: Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) to China.

Commissions per metric ton (MT) are to be covered by a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) / Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA).

Payment Terms: Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) against a 2% Performance Bond.

Alignment Meeting: To be scheduled upon confirmation of product availability, CIF pricing structure, GACC registration status, and commissions for the issuance of a Letter of Intent (LOI) and formal engagement.
