Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Sean and I am the owner/operator of a coffee roasting company based in Florida, USA. We are planning a trip to Brazil this season with the intention of establishing direct relationships with producers or cooperatives to purchase a full container (approximately 320 bags) of green coffee for our next production year. We have a special interest in sourcing coffee from Minas Gerais, and your organization has been highly recommended. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to: • Visit your facilities and meet with your team • Taste current or future batches suitable for our blends and espresso programs • Discuss logistics, prices (FOB Santos), and quality control for a full container shipment. We typically roast medium to medium-dark profile coffees and are particularly interested in natural or washed coffees, processed naturally, with flavor characteristics of nuts, chocolate, and low acidity.
