The ZLINK WT-PE200 is a high-speed, dedicated perforation production line, primarily designed for the large-scale production of perforated wet wipes such as flushable toilet paper. The equipment features precise pre-perforation technology, ensuring a smooth tear-off finish. It is compatible with raw materials such as wood pulp and 100% viscose, ranging from 55-80gsm, and can handle large rolls of non-woven fabric with widths of 1400-1600mm and diameters up to 1200mm. The production line integrates a fully automated packaging system with a designed capacity of 150 packs/minute (stable capacity is 80-120 packs/minute depending on the packaging film material); the perforation operation speed is designed at 150 meters/minute, with a stable speed of 100-140 meters/minute for wood pulp materials. The core configuration includes a ZLINK customized control system, a SUS316L stainless steel customized liquid filling tank, a 30kW low-noise intelligent fan (75dB), a non-stop online splicing device, and a visual positioning and correction system. The liquid filling ratio can be precisely adjusted to 1.5-3.5 times, with a maximum hourly liquid filling capacity of ≤2.6 tons. The finished product folding width is fixed at 95mm (original width 190mm) or 100mm (original width 200mm), and the cutting length is 120-200mm, adjustable via the human-machine interface. Each package can stack 20-150 pieces.
