Our company produces AGM batteries using a patented design in which the valve body and valve core assembly are separated. The valve core assembly consists of a valve core, a valve core seat, and a limit card. Due to the use of high-polymer PC material, the shrinkage rate is very small, the matching precision is high, and it is less affected by temperature and can be used normally in an operating environment of -40℃-120℃. The opening and closing valve pressure is consistent and the leakage rate is lower. The valve body is made of engineering-grade PP and injection-molded rubber through a multi-component injection molding machine. The product has a variety of appearances and better sealing performance.
