Clamping device: The front and rear sets of devices can be clamped and released at the same time to ensure the smoothness of the sawing process. Automatic feeding: The automatic feeding adopts a servo-controlled high-precision ball screw to reliably guarantee the feeding accuracy. Pneumatic system: It is composed of centralized blocks, solenoid valves, pneumatic components, actuators, etc. Electrical system: It is composed of electrical boxes, touch screens, buttons, PLCs, motors, contactors, relays, switches and auxiliary components. The machine tool can realize numerical control of the entire process, that is, from the time the material is put in to the completion of sawing. It has a high degree of automation, and various safety protection devices can ensure the safe and smooth operation of the entire sawing process. Saw blade cooling system: This system adopts cutting fluid cooling and lubrication. In order to reduce the generation of cutting heat, it can not only improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and prevent environmental pollution, but also improve the quality of the incision and extend the service life of the saw blade.
