This machine can meet the construction needs of medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, featuring enhanced construction stability and long-distance drilling capabilities. The XZ3600 is a high-thrust, high-capacity horizontal directional drilling rig. Its dual-engine configuration (Cummins QSL8.9-C360 ×2) provides strong power support, achieving a maximum thrust of approximately 6600 kN. The power head output torque reaches ~120,000 N·m. Combined with a highly stable hydraulic control system and digital sensor monitoring devices, it can precisely control the drilling trajectory in complex geological formations. Its rated thrust/pull force is approximately 6600 kN/6600 kN, and its power system is equipped with a high-performance diesel engine (such as a Dongfeng Cummins engine). The maximum torque of the power head is approximately 160,000 N·m, and the power head speed range is suitable for large-diameter and deep-layer construction. Equipped with advanced load-sensitive electro-hydraulic control, a rack and pinion push-pull system, and a floating power head structure, this machine significantly improves construction stability, drill pipe life, and overall efficiency, making it suitable for large-diameter pipeline laying and long-term continuous construction operations in complex geological conditions.
