The SB series centrifugal sand pumps are primarily used in the circulating solids control systems of oilfield drilling rigs. Their function is to provide drilling fluid at a specific flow rate and pressure to desanders, desilters, mixers, and other equipment to ensure efficient operation. The SB10×8×14 centrifugal sand pump is primarily suitable for drilling rigs over 3,000 m3 and requires relatively high drilling fluid viscosity and specific gravity. The SB8×6×14 centrifugal sand pump is primarily used in drilling rigs over 3,000 m3. The SB8×6×11 centrifugal sand pump is primarily used in drilling rigs under 3,000 m3 and can also serve as a priming pump to supply slurry to triplex mud pumps. The SB6×5×11 and SB5×4×14 centrifugal sand pumps are generally used in truck-mounted or small drilling rigs.
