THE PRODUCTS WE WORK WITH

Avocado

The Avocado is a variety of avocado called Hass or Fuerte, but in Brazil, it is commercially known as Avocado.

Rich in vitamins A, C, E, and B6, the Avocado is a functional and nutritious fruit. Its nutrients contribute to maintaining healthy skin, eye health, preventing inflammation, and it also has a high concentration of potassium, preventing cramps.

Avocado

The Avocado contains unsaturated fats and biologically active components such as phytosterols, substances capable of inhibiting cholesterol absorption and synthesis. As it contains fibers, it helps prevent diseases like cancer and supports good intestinal function. The omega-9 fat present in the Avocado is one of the most important for aiding weight loss, as it reduces the body's inflammatory state.

Margarida Avocado

This variety is distinguished from others by its rough and firm skin, spheroid shape, longer maturation period, and greater mechanical resistance compared to other smooth-skinned varieties. This characteristic facilitates its commercialization, as it better withstands long-distance travel.

The variety contains the same nutritional properties as the avocado family, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a healthy and nutritious diet.

Arabica Coffee

The Mundo Novo Arabica Coffee is the result of a natural cross between the Sumatra and Red Bourbon cultivars, found in Mineiros do Tietê, São Paulo. The seeds of these coffee plants were planted in Mundo Novo, now Urupês (SP), where rigorous selections were made between 1943 and 1952 to eliminate defects in the population. These selections led to the creation of the Mundo Novo cultivar, which was distributed to farmers from 1952 and improved by the IAC since 1977.

In 1999, lineages such as 379/19 and 376/4 were registered in the National Cultivar Registry (RNC) as 'Mundo Novo IAC 379/19' and 'Mundo Novo IAC 376-4.'
