Manual harvest in March.
Tasting notes: pale yellow with greenish reflections. Great aromatic intensity with citrus notes that recall to mandarins and some pineapple. It presents a good balance and acidity. Youth and sparkling to the mouth, balanced and light.
Pairing: Ceviche and fish with citrus sauces or as an appetizer. Serve at 8 - 10° C.
