The TOPON-FMCP104 capper features an innovative split air supply design, intelligently connecting a pneumatic capper (requiring its own air supply) with a four-wheeled electric capper. Designed for high-precision small vials (ampoules, reagent tubes, and serum bottles) from 30 to 120 mm, the capper applies caps at high speed and accuracy, while using polyurethane rollers to achieve airless sealing at a rate of 100 vials per minute (6,000 vials per hour). The coordinated error rate between both machines is less than 0.01%. The entire machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel and is GMP certified. It allows for quick changeovers of caps and vials of different shapes in as little as 10 minutes, providing an uncompromising sealing solution for pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories.
