Description

Butyl rubber is the product of copolymerization of isobutylene and isoprene in medium of isopentane and ethyl chloride, using protonated ethylaluminium sesquichloride complexes as catalyst. The rubber is stabilized with a colorless antioxidant and characterized by increased gas tightness. It is intended for use in the production of automotive cameras, shaper-vulcanize bladders, rubber technical goods in contact with
food, as well as for medical and pharmaceutical products.
