Synthetic butadiene-methyl styrene rubbers SBR-1705, SBR-1712 are essentially a product of copolymerization of butadiene with α-methyl styrene in emulsion. They are stabilized with an antioxidant of the phenolic-amine type and contain highly aromatic oil plasticizer (HI-AR) or oil with a controlled content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (TDAE). Such rubbers are intended for production of tires and rubber technical goods.
