The bainite ductile iron material contains alloy elements such as nickel, manganese, chromium, and molybdenum. It has a needle like structure (bainite+a small amount of martensite) matrix, which has higher strength, toughness, and significantly improved wear resistance than pearlite ductile iron rollers. Static casting or centrifugal casting can be used for production. The bainite ductile iron roller is suitable for small section steel continuous rolling, bar intermediate rolling, flat strip finishing rolling, high-speed wire pre finishing rolling, and square/slab blooming.
