HW250HF-S series high-pressure plunger pump is a new type of medium-low pressure and large flow pump developed by our company, with a working pressure of up to 70MPa. The power end matches a variety of transmission ratios, and the input power can reach 250kW. The hydraulic end uses the finite element analysis method to optimize the structure to ensure the stability and reliability of continuous operation. The integral pump head optimizes the pressure chamber structure. This pump type can meet the working pressure of 16-70MPa and the flow rate of 88-272L/min for continuous operation. It can be used for large-diameter pipeline cleaning, powder metallurgy, chemical industry reactor tank cleaning and descaling, large pipeline water injection and pressure testing. This series of products can transport 0~50℃ clean water, emulsions and other liquids with chemical properties similar to clean water.
