How it works
The hot air tangentially enters the bottom of the dryer and forms a strong rotating air field driven by the agitator. The paste material enters the dryer from the screw feeder and rotates the stirring paddle at high speed
The material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear force, and the block material is quickly crushed, fully contacted, heated and dried with hot air. After dehydration, the dry material rises with the hot air flow, the grading ring intercepts the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the dryer, and are recovered by the cyclone separator and the dust collector.
