We manufacture single stage turbines with the following characteristcs:<br> <br> TYPE: curtis, back-pressure, sigle stage, multi-valves <br> ROTOR: the blades and shroud bands are of high chrome stainless steels. th wheel and shaft are made of forged alloy steel, shrunk and keyed to the shaft. the rotor is dynamically balanced in accordance with requeriments of all the usual standards. <br> CASING: the turbine casing is made of cast steel. the casing is split horizontally at the centerline. the inspection of the rotor is made without lifting the upper half casing. <br>shaft seals the seals are of the labyrinth type. the sealing strips of labyrinths, made of stainless steel. <br> BEARINGS: the bearing shell is made of cold-rolled steel and white metal lined. <br> LUBRICATION OIL SYSTEM: the texas lubrication includes two oil pumps. the main oil pumps driven by the turbine shaft or through a gearing shaft. the auxiliary oil pump for start of turbine is driven by a/c motor. <br> SPEED GOVERNOR: the standard governor is model trh 140-hydraulic with detection through trasmission shaft of turbine, which includes, adjustable droop and load limit. <br> ACCESSORIES: condensate separator tank, control panel, structural steel baseplate, oil tank, oil cooler (shell and tube), sentinel valve and thermometers for bearings. <br> OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: the conventional or eletronic woodward governor, couplings, etc. others accessories contact our sales or application engineer. <br> APPLICATIONS: cane knives, shredders, cane mills, electric generators, pumps, fans, compressors, etc.<br><br>To view the types and conditions for our Sugar and Alcohol Standard Line, click the table image on the left.
