QUALITY CONTROL<br />
In order to produce and supply beekeeping products of the highest quality, free of antibiotics, pesticides or any other chemical substance, the company works in accordance with the strict control standards of the Ministry of Agriculture of Brazil, aiming to meet the norms and legislation in force in the parents. In the meantime, Apiário Sol has established its own quality program, which enables the monitoring of all stages of the beekeeping chain.<br />
The main guideline of this program is to guarantee the production of natural products that do not pose any risk to the health of the consumer. Through the identification of hazards and risks and the implementation and monitoring of control tools, the company is able to ensure the quality of the final product to its consumers.<br />
In this way, the company also contemplates compliance with national and international requirements and legislation regarding phytosanitary aspects of quality and economic integrity.<br />
Apiário Sol also works in accordance with HACCP and has control over the entire traceability of honey and propolis, from its origin.<br />
In addition, the company has a Self-Control Program for the Apicultural Product Production Units (UEPA's), which are its partners in receiving and extracting honey.
