INDICATIONS AND/OR THERAPEUTIC USE: Analgesic agent for use during the induction and/or maintenance of general anesthesia. For the continuation of analgesia during the immediate postoperative period under careful supervision during the transition to non-prolonged action analgesia. Supply of analgesia and sedation in mechanically ventilated patients in the intensive care unit - ICU. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to any component of the product or its analogues. Do not use in epidural and intrathecal anesthesia, nor as the only agent in general anesthesia. Pregnancy and lactation. It is not recommended to be used during labor or in cesarean section. It should be administered only in the presence of a complete team monitoring and supporting cardiovascular respiratory functions and by trained persons. The incidence of muscle stiffness is related to the dose and the rate of administration, therefore bolus infusions should be administered in a time not less than 30 seconds. Weakened hypovolemic or elderly patients may be more sensitive to cardiovascular complications.<br />
