Norepinephrine Bitartrate Solution for Injection is indicated in the emergency restoration of blood pressure in cases of acute hypotension. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypotension due to blood volume deficit: mesenteric or peripheral thrombosis; concomitant use with cyclopropane or halothane; severe hypoxia or hypercarbia. Patients receiving MAOIs or tricyclic antidepressants; patients with a history of allergic reactions to sodium metabisulfite; blood pressure should be closely monitored due to the risk of high blood pressure and flow rate, as well as the possibility of extravasation; administer into a large vein (never into ankle veins), pregnancy and lactation. In case of extravasation, infiltrate the area with phentolamine. In-hospital use, specialist use.<br />
