VSRS series pneumatic vertical impact response spectrum testing machine is a response spectrum testing machine that uses an impact cylinder to push the impact hammer to hit the resonant plate in the vertical direction to produce a high-energy impact. It is mainly used to measure and determine the impact resistance of aerospace, aviation, weapons and equipment, electrical and electronic products, and evaluate the reliability and structural integrity of products in the impact environment, which can more truly and effectively reflect the damage of impact to the specimen. VSRS impact response spectrum testing machine uses pneumatic impact hammer to impact in the vertical direction, the impact energy is much larger than that of the traditional pendulum impact machine, and the maximum striking speed of the pneumatic impact hammer reaches 9m/s (at 7kg/c㎡ air pressure). The impact energy is 3-4 times that of the pendulum type, which can hit thicker impact response plates and excite larger impact response spectrum peaks. The maximum shock response spectrum value of VSRS (Q=10) can reach 15000g. Able to meet the requirements of military standards.
High reliability
Due to the stable air pressure in the VSRS cylinder, it has the function of instantaneous rapid intake and exhaust, and the impact hammer is directly aligned in the vertical direction to ensure good repeatability and high reliability.
Advantages of vertical shock response spectrum
1. The attenuation of impact energy is reduced: the specimen is installed above the resonant plate, and the pneumatic impact hammer strikes the resonant plate at high speed from bottom to top below the resonant plate, which can excite a larger response spectrum value, and the attenuation of energy on the specimen is much smaller than that of the horizontal impact table.
2. Inflection point and slope adjustment are more convenient: The adjustment of inflection point and slope of the impact response spectrum is relatively simple, which is determined by the length and thickness of the resonant plate and the amount of cushion padd.
3. The transverse shock response spectrum value is small: in addition to the vertical direction, the impact response spectrum value of the other two directions is very small and almost negligible.
