AIS series pneumatic impact test bench is an impact and crash test equipment with novel design, high degree of automation, easy operation and high reliability. The high-frequency, high-energy, ground-free AIS system has a high-performance collision function, with a maximum free fall height of 550mm, and a maximum collision frequency of up to 120 times/min at a free fall height of 40mm. Since the AIS system has a shock-absorbing airbag and damping device, a special foundation can be dispensed with.

The AIS system uses a pilot-operated bi-directional pressurized high-frequency high-speed cylinder, which enables the impact test to reach a free-fall impact speed of 2200mm in a short distance of 500mm. The maximum impact velocity change of 12 m/s can be achieved.

The minimum collision acceleration of the AIS system can be as low as 30 m/s2, compared to 50 m/s2 for conventional collision platforms.

1.6 Waveform Generator
The waveform generator is used to generate a half-sine wave, a trapezoidal wave, a post-peak sawtooth wave, and a different shock waveform can be generated by replacing different waveform generators.
1.7 Impact control system
ASK01 is an impact control system based on windows operating system, the user-friendly control interface is combined with the MIS02 measurement system to realize the fully automatic testing of pneumatic impact tables.
