Designed for the efficient performance of parts processing, the three-axis adopts roller linear guide pair (the rest of the three-axis roller guide rails are three-axis ball guides), and the high-speed feed is 48 m/min.
The rib structure is strengthened inside the column, and the mounting surface of the guide rail is tightly ground to ensure the stability of the three-axis accuracy and the stability of high-speed transportation.
The V85D/V855D adopts a low-vibration short nose spindle, which greatly improves the machining rigidity and surface finish.
The machine adopts a rear-row structure and is equipped with a high-flow punching system to meet the requirements of rapid displacement of parts processing.
It can be equipped with belt 10,000 rpm, direct connection 12,000 rpm, 15,000 rpm spindle, center water spray spindle and annular water spray spindle to meet the different processing needs of customers.
