1. Bucket:

2. Rinse:

Online empty barrel, there is a bucket count sensor control, the barrel into the flushing station, stop barrel cylinder, ratchet mechanism, clamp mouth mechanism action, the barrel mouth clamping flip 1800 upside down, into the flushing station, pump start, water purification spray flushing, action return, the barrel back to the original position.

3. Filling:

Online empty barrel, there is a bucket count sensor control, empty barrel into the filling station, barrel cylinder action, empty barrel out of the delivery chain, barrel port positioning, filling valve by the down-pressure cylinder action, into the barrel port, filling pump start, PLC set filling time, filling capacity and other parameters, using touch screen function adjustment.
