High-Strength Mechanical Splice for Reinforced Concrete Structures

The straight thread rebar coupler is a steel sleeve designed for mechanical splicing of rebars by transmitting axial tension and compression forces. Connection Method

The rebar ends are prepared by stripping longitudinal and transverse ribs with a rib-peeling and threading machine, then rolling a standard straight thread. The two rebars are then joined by screwing into the specially designed straight thread coupler, forming a strong and stable connection.
