3.4 Industrial and Commercial Integration System (CS Series)

(1) CATL authorized integration manufacturers (CATL only authorizes three integration manufacturers, we can use CATL cells or other manufacturers’ cells to make a system, according to customer needs);
(2) All-in-one design, integrates battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, temperature control, fire protection, access control, water immersion, lighting, and power distribution in an independent outdoor cabinet (protection level IP54), and the internal wiring was completed in the factory area, and supports the transportation of the whole cabinet. Only the AC incoming line is connected to the on-site; it is convenient for rapid deployment on site and easy installation, operation and maintenance;
(3) Equipped with two-level fire extinguishing modules, and aerosol fire extinguishing modules are configured in both the battery pack and the cabinet, which can achieve Pack-level precise fire extinguishing and make the system run more safely;
(4) Built-in EMS module and operation screen, support local viewing of system operation status, and remote monitoring through Ethernet or 4G to understand system operation status in real time.

3.5 Distributed energy storage system
The distributed energy storage system is mainly composed of distributed battery cabinets + distributed power cabinets.

(1) Distributed battery cabinet (CB series, single battery cabinet 215kWh):
●CATL authorized integration manufacturers (CATL only authorizes three integration manufacturers, we can use CATL batteries or batteries other manufacturers to make a system, according to customer needs);
●Distributed design concept, which can support distributed deployment or centralized deployment according to on-site conditions; it can solve problems such as insufficient on-site installation space;
● Modular design concept, support parallel expansion or stage expansion on demand;
●Equipped with two-level fire extinguishing modules, and aerosol fire extinguishing modules are configured in the battery pack and the cabinet, which can achieve precise pack-level fire extinguishing and safer system operation;
●Distributed precise temperature control design, fully enclosed independent design of cold and hot aisles, and independent temperature control operation of a single battery cabinet;

(2) Distributed power cabinet (CP series):
●Distributed design concept, which can support distributed deployment or centralized deployment according to on-site conditions; it can solve problems such as insufficient on-site installation space;
●Strong compatibility, power cabinets of the same size, support the installation of energy storage PCS and optical storage hybrid systems;
●Support simultaneous access of multiple battery cabinets, which is convenient for on-site capacity expansion;
●Built-in isolation transformer and STS, support seamless switching between on-grid and off-grid, and support multi-scenario applications (pure energy storage, PV energy storage, micro grid, etc.);
●Support outdoor layout;
●Built-in EMS module and operation screen, support local viewing of system operation status, and remote monitoring through Ethernet or 4G to understand system operation status in real time.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EnerMax- C&l distributed battery cabinet adopts distributed layout design, which integrates the energy storage batteries, battery management system (BMS)，fire-proof system, temperature control system, power distribution module, access control system, and water immersion system into an independent outdoor cabinet. The standard and unitized design allows users to connect multiple cabinets in parallel. Moreover, distributed and centralized layouts are both supported for users to flexibly deploy the product according to actual application scenarios.
