NYP series high viscosity gear pump is a kind of internal gear oil pump, also belongs to a new type of positive displacement pump. It is especially suitable for conveying high viscosity liquids in different fields of petroleum, chemical, paint and medicine. The pump's inner gear and outer gear rotate in the same direction, low noise, low abrasion (anti-abrasion) and long service life. Moreover, due to the unique structure and selected materials, it is widely used in a variety of media with different properties and viscosities.
The machine mainly consists of inner rotor, outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seals, bearings and so on. The seal of the pump adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. When the conveying medium is high temperature, high viscosity or corrosive, packing seal is used. When the conveying medium is easy to crystallize, the pump body and front cover can be designed with heat preservation jacket so that the medium can be melted with steam when working. The pump can also be installed with safety valve. The pump unit consists of pump, motor and base plate.
