Picking, called order picking, is the process of picking purchase orders from customers.

The separation must be careful, agile and as requested by the client,
to be a competitive differential of the company.

Through a mobile phone or tablet (Android or iOS) market connected in the wireless network with our Ss-P application, the Operator can perform picking by reading the barcode of the products to be separated, entering information such as OP number, observations in the separation between other data, where all the information made in picking will already be recorded in the ERP or SCM (SUPPLY CHAIN SOFTWARE
MANAGEMENT), as in the Picking Mobile Ss-P database.

Area of operation of Picking Móvel Ss-P:
In any area with wireless signal where the Mobile or Tablet is connected, The Mobile Picking Ss-P will be in operation, thus not needing the customer to take the goods near a PC with barcode reader, or that the customer needs to enter information on the PC to perform the picking. Whatever information is to be typed, the customer can type on his own mobile phone or tablet and all barcodes to be scanted, the customer also uses his own phone or tablet, thus registering online the data with the ERP, with the SCM or with the company's management software.

Some standardized picking modalities in the market:

Discreet picking:
- In this modality, a collaborator initiates and finalizes the separation of applications.

Picking by wave:
- In this case, each employee is responsible for the separation of an order, which are accumulated and processed according to a previous schedule. The difference between it and discreet picking is that, in this case, a calendar is followed based on the need to meet the delivery times agreed with customers.

Picking per batch:
- Here, it is expected the accumulation of several orders and the employee performs the separation of all necessary items at once. Because multiple orders are completed at the same time, the job type is called batch picking.

Picking by zone:
- The warehouse is divided into areas, which are called zones. In each of them are placed some categories of products. Whenever an order arrives in inventory, employees sort the required items from each zone and the order is closed after the collections are completed.
