The double chamber vacuum packing machine is a typical type of chamber vacuum sealer, designed for the small and medium-size production capacity of vacuum sealing.

What’s the meaning of the machine code, DZ600/2S, DZ600/4S, DZ700/2S, DZ800/2S?
Prefix DZ is a series code of double chamber vacuum packaging machines, this code might be different in different factories.
The number 500/600/800 etc means the length of sealing bar is 500/600/800 mm, for example, you can have a customized machine with sealing bars length 650mm, then you can name it DZ650;
The code 2S/4S means the sealing bar quantity in ONE chamber. For example, DZ600/2S, means there are 2 sealing bars in ONE chamber, total 2*2=4 sealing bars in the machine, the length of each sealing bar is 600mm; DZ600/4S, means there are 4 sealing bars in ONE chamber, total 2*4=8 sealing bars in the machine, the length of each sealing bar is 600mm

What are the advantages of double chamber vacuum packaging machine?

What are the limitations of the double chamber vacuum packaging machine?
Packaging size limitation. The vacuum and sealing process is completed in the vacuum chamber, the size of which is fixed when produced. So the package size is restricted by the chamber.
Not enough automation grade. For every double chamber vacuum packing machine, you need 1-2 operators to put the bags into vacuum chamber, and take the completed packages out of the vacuum chamber. We recommend the belt type continuous vacuum packaging machine as an alternative if you prefer a more convenient operation.
Packaging speed limitation. The machine is not fast enough for the massive production capacity of vacuum packaging. Compared to the thermoforming vacuum packaging machine, you only need 1-2 operators to complete 20-50 thousand packs per 8 hours. But with the double chamber vacuum packaging machine, you’ll need more than 1 set of machines and more operators.
How to determine the size of the machine to purchase?
You need to know well about your package sizes, the length, width, and depth or thickness.
Beware of your requirement for output capacity.
Know the specifications of your products: it’s a solid product or liquid type of product？Do you need the final package shape like rice brick?
Example: for normal solid products, size 20*25cm, the vacuum bag opening (the side to seal) length is 20cm. You can put 6 bags in a chamber of DZ600/2S double chamber vacuum packaging machine, and 8 bags in a chamber of DZ800/2S machine.
