PG76-22 represents the engineering advancement in asphalts, a paving innovation. It is a Petroleum Asphalt Cement with the addition of the SBS polymer (styrene-butadiene-styrene). This polymer gives the asphalt improved features compared to the standard product, making it more resilient and adaptable to temperature variations. As indicated by its name, PG76-22 has a performance grade that resists temperature limits ranging from a maximum of 76°C to a minimum of 22°C.

This product not only meets but also exceeds the established standards, complying with ANP (Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Biocombustíveis e Biocombustíveis - Brazil's National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels) resolution #897 of 18.11.2022 and also meeting the rigorous NBR (Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas - Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) standards, specifically concerning Polymer Modified Asphalt, known by the acronym AMP 60-85E / 65-90E.

Regarding packaging, this asphalt comes conveniently packed in Bitu-boxes, each weighing 1 ton. The solidity of the product and its cold state ensure that it is not classified as hazardous, making its transport and storage simpler and more effective. These solid bitumen blocks are a practical solution, allowing them to be easily moved as general cargo from the warehouse to the construction site or milling. In terms of storage, there is a shelf life of up to 2 years in a closed warehouse and up to 1 year in an outdoor or semi-open location.
