Description
The L(P)B series plate-type enclosed centrifuge is a fully enclosed vertical top-discharge filtration centrifuge designed according to GMP specifications and environmental protection requirements. It adopts a traditional structure with the shell and chassis separated. The shell cover is sealed to the shell via a flange and securely locked by a large cover that opens with the aid of a balance tank. The shell cover is equipped with a feed pipe, a cleaning pipe, an observation mirror, and an observation light. Key features: 1. The centrifuge has a simple structure, making it easy to operate and maintain. 2. The centrifuge adopts an integrated sealed structure, improving working conditions and meeting GMP specifications and environmental protection requirements. The system is filled with nitrogen to meet explosion-proof requirements. 3. The large cover structure facilitates unloading and thoroughly cleans the space between the shell and the drum. 4. The cover is equipped with a mechanical balancer, thus reducing labor costs and eliminating the need for energy. 5. A frequency conversion system ensures stable start-up. The program settings (the entire process of feeding, filtering, and washing is fully automated). It uses dynamic (feedback) braking, eliminating frictional powder contamination and frictional heat, making it much safer. 6. Due to the polishing of both inner and outer surfaces, there are no dead corners and the transition is completely smooth, thus achieving optimal washing results during the CIP cleaning system (material cleaning and machine cleaning). 7. Grains can be well preserved. Working Principle: The motor starts smoothly via frequency control and drives the drum through the transmission system, causing the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, washing speed, and deliquescing speed can be selected within a certain speed (rated speed). Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material is evenly distributed on the drum for dehydration and separation. The liquid phase passes through the gap between the solid material and the filter (bag), through the wall holes of the drum, and reaches the cavity of the machine casing, exiting from the liquid outlet into the chassis. The solid material is retained in the drum, while liquid is added through the feed pipe, and washing water is added through the washing pipe. Feeding and washing can be controlled by special valves. After the material dehydration and washing are completed, the machine is stopped, and the machine cover is opened using a specially designed balancing device to discharge the material.
