General Features

1. Plate fin enthalpy heat exchanger --- Cross flow
(1) Third generation of E.R. paper is made of special fiber and high-quality corrugated paper
(2) The E.R. paper is flame retardant, mildew proof, can block harmful gases
(3) Standard frame is GI plate; GI frame with painting, Alu-zinc frame, Stainless steel frame & ABS frame are for option
(4) Air flows crosswise, energy recovery efficiency up to 75%

2. Plate sensible heat exchanger --- Cross flow
(1) Made of hydrophilic aluminum fin, 0.1/0.12/0.15/0.2mm thick based on airflow and pressure
(2) Epoxy resin coated aluminum fin and stainless steel fin are for option
(3) Standard frame is GI plate; GI frame with painting, Alu-zinc frame, Stainless steel frame are for option
(4) Air flows crosswise, heat recovery efficiency up to 70%

3. Plate sensible heat exchanger --- Counter flow
(1) Made of hydrophilic aluminum fin, 0.1/0.12/0.15/0.2mm thick based on airflow and pressure
(2) Epoxy resin coated aluminum fin and stainless steel fin are for option
(3) Standard frame is GI plate; GI frame with painting, Alu-zinc frame, Stainless steel frame are for option
(4) Air flows oppositely, heat recovery efficiency up to 70%

4. Plate sensible heat exchanger --- Cross counter flow
(1) Made of hydrophilic aluminum fin, 0.1/0.12/0.15/0.2mm thick based on airflow and pressure
(2) Epoxy resin coated aluminum fin and stainless steel fin are for option
(3) Standard frame is GI plate; GI frame with painting, Alu-zinc frame, Stainless steel frame are for option
(4) Air flows crosswise and oppositely, heat recovery efficiency up to 80%


Different materials available for different applications

1. B series: Standard type
(1) Made of hydrophilic aluminum fin, and galvanized steel frame;
(2) Max working temperature is 100ºC; Suitable for almost working conditions.

2. F series: Anti-corrosion type
(1) Made of epoxy resin coated aluminum fin, and galvanized steel frame;
(2) Max working temperature is 100ºC; Suitable for strong corrosion working conditions.

3. G series: Temperature resistant type
(1) Made of stainless steel fin, and stainless steel frame, sealed with special sealant;
(2) Max working temperature is 300ºC; Suitable for high temperature airflow working conditions.
