H-9100/H-8100 is a two component liquid photoimageable solder resist ink, used for the solder mask manufacturing of high-precision circuit board, with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and insulation of the film. Technical parameters are showed in the following table (at room temperature conditions unless otherwise noted):<br />
