Rocha Souza Bebidas is a beverage industry specialized in producing Cachaça and Alcoholic Cocktail. Our production processes and our products are manufactured through production processes, which strictly comply with the legislation, standards and good practices of this segment of beverages established by the inspection agencies in Brazil. The professionals involved in the formulation of beverages, sensory and physicochemical analyses have technical qualification and are registered in the class councils of their areas. The laboratories that analyze and issue the quality certificates are duly accredited together with the normatizing and supervisory bodies of the federal government. Our brand, GUARNICÊ, is a word that has as origin, the context of the greatest cultural expression of the state of Maranhão, the Bumba Meu Boi, which is used for the moment before the beginning of the presentations, in which the players, instrumentalists and singers prepare for the presentation of their group. In this context of Bumba Meu Boi, our company has established a cultural partnership with the Boi de Maracanã Recreational and Cultural Association. From this partnership, in addition to the support in the recording of CDs and activities of the group, a commemorative label of a Cachaça was created, which was named Cachaça Boi de Maracanã Ouro, carries on its label the official logo of the group and is illustrated with adornments and clothing used by the artists in their presentations. This is a partnership that we are very proud of, because the importance of Bumba Meu Boi is so great, that from 2019, Bumba Meu Boi do Maranhão was consecrated as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Another aspect that we are very proud of is to be part of two great projects that develop the Maranhão cuisine, which is the Festival of Tulhas and cooking with Cachaça. This work of harmonization of our drinks with regional cuisine, occurs through the partnership with Chef Alê Barreto and his company Alê Cozinha Contemporânea. Finally, we are proud to produce high quality drinks, with special flavors and aromas, and that provide very pleasant experiences to the public who appreciates the typical brazilian distillate.
