The "VIN-T" high temperature induction heater is intended to heat the liquid in processes requiring heating up to a temperature of + 100 oC to + 130oC. The "VT-T" allows direct heating at high ambient temperature and indirect heating with the help of an intermediate heat carrier. It is possible to operate the equipment in a straight line mode and with a storage capacity. The equipment is manufactured on the basis of the induction heater "VIN" and fully maintains its positive qualities and properties. Special high temperature mixtures, organic or silicone liquids, capable of reaching a temperature of 300oC, should be used as intermediate heat support in indirect heating. These systems are becoming increasingly common because they have a number of advantages over steam or new systems. Induction equipment must allow automatic control of the heating process. The equipment is compact and can be placed directly in the place where heating is needed, which excludes heat loss. To date, the "VISION-MET" induction heater is the best alternative to new heat heaters. The installation is actually used to replace steam systems in systems with a high temperature heat transfer.
